Right now I need YOUR help. Hafjell Resort (my home skiresort) hosted a video-comp last winter. The finals is about to be ended, and I forgot that I was in it. The odds is pretty much against me to win this. but if you have 2 seconds extra, vote for me! Thanks.
I realized today that keeping this blog up to date when my days only include me eating, sleeping and working, is pretty hard. that´s why I will take three days off and do a solo-roadtrip to our summerplace at the west coast of Norway. Small place called Selje. It´s actually just 10 km from the famous surfing-place “Hoddevik”. All though, I have never tried surfing before… It´s a shame really.

Chilling out with my cat watching tv. Long days at work doesn´t really give you more energy. Played a few tracks on my decks earlier. Rain outside means no tramp, which sucks. Hopefully I´ll manage to get up early enough to sneak in a quick workout before I start work.
Wish I had more time off to enjoy a real summer vacation like many others. But, to be honest I need the money more!

Lately I have been pushing my workouts a little more, used the trampoline more, and generally trying to keep my body in action to get ready for another 6 months of skiing. My latest addition to my play-yard at home is this boxing-bag. Thanks to the guys at Fightline, I now got a pair of boxing gloves too!
I think the best way to get in shape is to be active in many ways. In my case that´s trampoline, working out at the gym, boxing, diving, running and cycling. AS lomng as you keep your body active, the body will respond to you, by beeing more mobile in the future.
I had my night of work last night at the nightclub, and after work I stumbled across some other dj here in Lillehammer, who happend to be taking his bycycle to get home. I joined him, and ended up cycling 15 km uphill to get home, at 5 am this morning. That didn´t stop me from working out this morning though. Both in the gym and boxing.
What kind of training have you been doing lately? Do you work out or excercise at all for skiing? Many people don´t.

As much as I love skiing and style, I also like gymnastics and diving. This video probably sums up everything I have allways wanted to do. Try keep up with this guy. I was speachless!
Sounds really booring right? Well it might be, but it pays the bills. And I need money for skiing upcoming season, sooo, what to do right?
First day off since ever (feels like that), and I am just enjoying beeing outside in the sun. I fixed my old wardrobe here the other day, so now I have got myself a HUGE room of a walk-in-closet. I thought it turned out pretty good!
