Another good day went down in Breck. Snowy as hell, but it looked like the scandos were the only one shredding and having fun in the park. Must be because we are used to these kind of conditions every day back home.
Halvard and I challenged eachother in the game of h.o.r.s.e, skate, ski whatever you like to call it. Halvard beat me after two hours. Close call!
5 guys in a small condo doesn´t exactly make room for ski-equipement. Hence the ski-rack outside our room.
Shred´n Breakfast with the stalkers. Audun, Me, Lasse, Lars-Håkon and Ludde.
What´s up. Wanna ski park? wassup wassup??
Allmost the same features in the lower part of park-lane, as last year. Downrail is superfun!!
Just a quick question: Is it entertaining with small edits from day to day, or should I take all the keepers and fun, and add it do a larger edit once a week or so?
Hello all you out there. First day of skiing in Breck yesterday with Halvard Thon. Except for the fact we had to dig our way through the powder-park, it was fun as hell!
Thomas Flått edited this small edit from our first day here. This will not be the last edit from north-america, so stay tuned!
Today was a great day! Since I got my bag from Denver airport yesterday, I was ready to rock this morning. A little windy and grey at first, but then the sun came through, and the first part of the day was a powder-dream.
A lot of snow has fallen the last two days, and the powder-hounds were up an at it early today. Including me and Halvard Thon.
Rocking my new gear. Salomon Suspect 2012 and the good-looking Salomon SPK Pro 2012
Halvard Thon and myself. First chair up at 0900 am.
Why the sad face? Well. First of, park was closed, due to serious amounts of snow. 50-60 cm. I wanted to ski park!!
After a few juicy laps down the backcountry in the pow, me an Halvard went down to our ski-out-ski-in appartement for lunch.
Park was open when we got up, and we teamed up with team-trouble. Kim Boberg and his girlfriend Anja in the place to be! Breck park-lane.
Ever heard of PP? Powder-park? It´s the newest shit.
Cool sign on top of the park.
Me and Halvard followed each-other around in the park with my Contour camera all day. Didn´t get tons of bangers, but a few cool shots from my first day skiing here. Watch out for a mini-jump/rail-edit soon!
Mr.Hamre doing a super-kfed!
I´ve been waiting for this one! You can either make ski-edits, or you can make bad-ass-fucking-funny ski edits. These guys are most likely to fall under the last category. I am talking about Shred´n Breakfast people! I believe this is episode 8.
Just heard that my man Thomas Dølplads got his ticket to Euro x-games! Well deserved Thomas, congrats!
Nothing strange that one of the best ski-talents ever get what he deserves! Ski hard!
Right now I am inside our appartement here in Breck, watching the snow falling heavily outside. It´s been a blizzard since last night, and I am still missing my bag with all my clothes in it. Hopefully I will have it here by tomorrow or something. Keeping my fingers crossed. Travel went well, Oslo-London-Denver-Breck, for once. That´s why I had to loose my bagage, cause nothing can ever be perfect, hehe.
Denver airport, with it´s characteristic snowy mountains on top of the roof. Guess it´s supposed to look like the rockies.
I am staying with a few norwegian fellows here in Breck. Ludde, Joachim, Thon and Elias.
Me and Ludde decided to go for a mission of grocery-shopping in the blizzard. Heavy lifting and slow walking were important keywords here.
Not perfect for skiing as you can see, park-skiing that is. I am sure the powder-hounds were out all day! I am hoping to get my bag tomorrow!
On my flight to Oslo with Norwegian while listening to music and EXTREMELY loud baby-cry, I found this in-flight magazine. Guess who where in it? Yep. Jon Olsson. Speeking of getting famous. Good job!
At the hotel right now. My flight-schedule tomorrow morning is Oslo through London to Denver. A 2-hour shuttle should take me safely to Breck where my roomates for the next month is situated right now.
Early flights are a bitch. Good night, and see you in Breck!
